History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: She wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available she will default to her mace. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She has chestnut hair. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Butcher father left her crippled. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Dayereth is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He very much looks the part of a Courier. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Sindri is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sindri grew up listening to his father's many stories. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This northern man wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a flattop crest cut. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shedinn embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Shedinn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Shedinn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister
