History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ulfgar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Nutae was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stylist. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
