Description: 5'9" and muscular, this western woman wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Ekk was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep black.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Marbas was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and he's looking for his big break

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her crest is gold, silky, and of moderate length. Her gold eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
