Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Gargax is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gargax was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rose was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and many dire rats want her driven away

To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A true patriot, Marbas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Geva's homeland. Geva decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
