Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an entirely black suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her silver hair is matted, messy, and big. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A freak accident while working with her Ruler father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Mortician. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has worked as a Mortician like her father before her.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
