He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a spear on his belt. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly kukris and quarterstaffs. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peren will drive conversation. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Peren was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but she was a colossal failure. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Gorga was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'1". He is dressed in an above average manner. His crest is scarlet and very short. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Pelaios is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is an amazing painter.

History: Pelaios was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Pelaios never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
