History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Torgga lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts

History: Gifted from a young age, Caelynn studied abroad. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He became a Mercenary soon after.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Sarah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarah. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Bather mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tordek embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Tordek was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother
