Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by her family

When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
