History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Kithri learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born into a rich family. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears baggy green pantaloons and a violet scarf. She wears her chestnut hair up. Her silver eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Verin is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When Verin reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and an old rival family wants her found
