Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. He wears his copper crest up. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his red hair up. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zaffrab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Sindri hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Quick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Ozyman hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Ozyman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ozyman decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
