Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Hunter and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a green coat with white slacks. She carries with her a set of warhammers on her belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. Her chestnut hair is singed and shortened. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Helja was taken on many hunting expeditions. Helja liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Helja fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ranala grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ranala. Being a Architect kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.
