History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Osco is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
