Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Kildrak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Paelias abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Glim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Slave Trader. Five enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Urshar is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Rhogar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rhogar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a deep hatred of illithids
