History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with white colored cloaks and clothing, and is pretty ugly. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this northern man prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His ears are large.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Sybil was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Sybil's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second son.
