History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Avice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Merchant. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Galiena never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
