History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ilga was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the south to a Crown-heir, Matilda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Ar-Beka enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: Shadow hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear flannel, and is pretty ugly. She wears her white hair down. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
