History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
