Personality: Halander speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Halander was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing her hectic life and new apothecary responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Thava will drive conversation. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Butcher father left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Emerald was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emerald's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
