History: Gifted from a young age, Shanairla studied abroad. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants her loneliness to end

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He became a Miller soon after.

After coming to the age of reason, Mary took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
