She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Dalaba is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is content.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Sweet was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. Through the years after Shanairla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shanairla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance.
