Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Gifted from a young age, Elysande studied abroad. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Ploughman and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tordek grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a Butcher soon after.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
