Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her red robe, marred by teas. She has moderate length brown hair. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Birel is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Detective, her father struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with her Detective father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a black tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His brass crest is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kaladan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Kaladan hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her long silver hair reaches down to her waist. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Agatha was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. She has green eyes and a grey hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Scribe for the past few years.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often
