History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Barbena was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Being a Blacksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
