History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Biri never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Duergath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: Born in the south to a Bather, Reeza learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
