Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Jacoba alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This exceptionally lanky man prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His dark red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His ears are large.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qemuel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's in love

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Zedaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Gifted from a young age, Griselda studied abroad. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
