History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
