History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Delre grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Delre. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). History: She got into the Actor business at a young age. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Sybil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
