Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Alberich was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Alberich was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alberich decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His scarlet crest is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was born in a small forest village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His white hair is knotted and matted. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: This malnourished man wears silk and lounges about seductively. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Warryn was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Being a Stableman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner, and carries morningstars. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Vanchu was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vanchu fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
