History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a spear on her belt, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ahlyssa embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahlyssa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Wobbles is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Adventurer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This southern woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her black hair is singed and shortened. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She got into the Shipwright business at a young age. Her first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: Trym is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
