History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Gifted from a young age, Veloptima studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
