Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Morana embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Matilda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Matilda was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Scribe. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and an old rival family wants her found

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

History: Tawna hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Tawna was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tawna decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
