History: Vonbin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a Navigator soon after.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dondon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a Doctor, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to find somewhere to settle down
