History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Navigator soon after.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: Standing 3'3", this woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tana. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born in a small island village. His first spouse was a Healer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born into a rich family. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
