History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Bookbinder mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Kadana is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Myev is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
