Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a Glassblower first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Barendd grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Barendd. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Irann has worked very hard to control her curse. She's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Tharivol hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Phann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Cartwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Namfoodle was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He has shaved his head bald. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. Her blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Diesa grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diesa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Ulfgar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and regain custody of his daughter
