History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Flame was a troubled youth. History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tree does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tree was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Orianna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Orianna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.
