History: She comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Lorilla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lorilla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lavinia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Lavinia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Phann was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
