Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Baern never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tattered old clothes. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.
History: He was born in the east. Nim was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Andraste was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She became a Seamstress soon after.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: He wears long strands of sapphire and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His golden hair is braided into rings. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Adelard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adelard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
