Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His white eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Bathin was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a red costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a Jeweler, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He tends to his Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a large red jacket and is in decent physical shape. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Darrow learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she prefers to wear black clothing when she does not wear armor. She keeps her long dark red hair kept up in a rat tail. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Markosian was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Markosian abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is her passion

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Kilvar was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Riswynn will drive conversation. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She bought a greataxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: She stands about 3'5" and wears a blue coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon her head. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has auburn hair. Her eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Laborer profession.
History: She got into the Mercenary business at a young age. Salanop was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Salanop decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Mercenary kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
