History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Spear was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She is a Lycanthrope in disguise. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in mace use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
