Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A freak accident while working with his Servant father left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
