Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is cut short. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He carries a battered shortbow and tarnished glaive as well. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Arannis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Blacksmith and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His dark red hair is smooth and relatively long. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barkeep born in the past three hundred years. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Astar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Map Maker business.
History: Tawna lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bounty Hunter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bounty Hunter for the past few years.
