History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. When Claira reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gimgen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Synthrin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
