History: Matilda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Matilda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Ownka lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Ownka and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in longbow use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pûgrish grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Tagga lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he usually wears his brown robe and has his ceremonial dagger always slung over his shoulder. His yellow fur is knotted and matted. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady copper eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She has silver eyes.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Vapula was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Vapula never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
