He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now owns his own business.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bastard sword use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Mindartis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: Zook was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Hunter again; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Assassin but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Markosian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her religion dominates her actions

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
