Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Ovak was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a club and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shepherd profession.
History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is renowned for her bright red dresses and hats. She wears a colorful flower in her red hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Seraphina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Seraphina decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Horza is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
