History: Tharivol lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pyra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Pyra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
