He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Soveliss studied abroad. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Map Maker mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Balam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
