Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Nalral was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tree grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Tree and her spouse have recently divorced.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Kûga hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Kûga was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Hunter born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Vondal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Vondal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Fortune-teller, but he got bored and became a Hunter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
