History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Thiala was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Thiala's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sarah will drive conversation. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Sarah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sarah decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Nazû took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
